What is Grief?
Grief is the word used to describe all the different feelings that a person may have as a result of the death of a loved one. The grieving process is different for everyone and includes highs and lows, at times it may feel more manageable than others, and reappear during holidays, anniversaries, at family events and other special occasions. There is no set length of time for the grieving process and it is important to respect each person's process.
